 Thank you. I'm shaking. Excitement, nervousness, everything. Today was the first day in my entire life that I actually forgot to eat. I have purposely not eaten before, but never just forgotten all about it. Getting ready for dinner now. :) Wheeeeeeee! I wonder if I will sleep?

Cambo, I hope your recovery continues to go well! Here in Florida, most scars are caused by shark bites! ;) I am happy, sad, excited, nervous and scared all at the same time. I am driving to NY tomorrow morning and starting all over again. Many different feelings. However, I am so thrilled that I am...

Vader, I really love your posts in the galley, and especially the pictures. Thank you. It gives me ideas on what to make next. Trying to eat healthy is very difficult for someone who has never done it. What do you use? How do you do it? What do you make? Seriously, it is scary. So, thanks. :)

It certainly bears looking into....especially since I am basically starting my life over. It never hurts to try new things, lol. Look where my judgement and facts have landed me! It has landed me in a place where I have to start anew! But I am very much looking forward to it. :)

I can see how Oz would not be a favorite of men....of course, some men do like it, too. Oz is basically ruled by women. The wizard comes in at 3rd on the totem pole. The women are beautiful and kind and gracious and smarter than everyone else. When I was young (7-8) it was JUST what I was looking fo...

No, I had not heard of the second brain.....very interesting. It is not something I had thought of before. Yes, I scored very high on thinking and judging. I rarely rely on intuition....and that is probably not best, I am sure. But, I am what I am....to quote Popeye, lol. I like to make decisions ba...

And not only that, but the exercise program is making you healthier in and of itself. Blood pressure, the body's ability to use insulin, lung capacity.....all of these things make a person feel better.....and live longer. Kudos to you for sticking with it!

Oz the Great and Terrible

If you know nothing about Oz....I am sure this would be an entertaining film. However, for people like myself.....who are rather well versed in the Oz canon, well, we just cry....and cry. Could they have mangled things any worse? Well, probably, but it was pretty bad. The computer imagery was lovely...

Well, we are past the season now, but I shall still weigh in. Sleigh Ride is my favorite winter themed song....I cannot hear it enough and it always makes me smile. I am also very fond of the Hallelujah Chorus. As far as specific carols....The Little Drummer Boy makes me cry every year.....the part ...
