Actually, I just called my mom and she isn't answering her phone. She must be out in the garden or orchard doing something or other. It may be a few days before I can get the recipe and post it. . . but I'll do my best. Just don't hurt the kitten. . .

I'm so very late to this conversation, but my mom and dad raise dairy goats and my mom often makes her own cheese. We've made everything from mozarella to munster (even our own cheddar). I just had some Finnish Havarti, some imported smoked Gouda, Greek black olives, beef summer sausage, and crackers. Yep. . . just discovered the coolest European market and deli and I had to splurge.

I feel okay. . . I am broke as can be, but I've made some progress in conquering some of my painful past experiences. It's a bit scary, but exhilarating to hatch forth a new facet of me--one that isn't controlled by old ways of thinking. So yeah. . .
