That's basically how I see it too. Stave stayed to be by Linden's side. The Humbled stayed to make sure they could try to stop her if they deemed it necessary. (little punks tried too, didn't they. :| )

The Killing Stroke is clearly winning out on this poll, and I could have easily chosen it as my favorite as well. But, there's just something about The Woman Who Loved Pigs that makes it my favorite. I just love SRD's play with the theme of possession. It's something that's important in the Chronicl...

Well, the skurj are beings of fire and lava. So are the Fire Lions of Mt. Thunder. Wouldn't it be cool if we got to see a sweet battle between these two factions? What if the skurj are the demented brothers of the Fire Lions?

Makes me wonder about the time period of Kastenessen's Durancing.

:offtopic: Ok, this might be a bit off topic, but it's connected enough (in my mind) to warrant sharing. Last night I was going to a party at a colleague's house here in Tashkent. I'd been there once before, but didn't really remember how to get there. I had a map, but maps can be pretty useless in ...

Worm, I'm not disagreeing with you. Your points are sound enough to not warrant any disagreements. I definitely see what you're saying about the white gold being a symbol of inner strength, insofar as Mhoram's refrain has any merit (and it definitely does!). I also see how the "find me" bi...
