Gilden-Fire = brilliant. I wish it could have been included. We get SO much information about the Haruchai. It's must reading.

11-12-01 Albuquerque Journal article by David Steinberg: Mick Axbrewder is the private-investigator protagonist of all four mysteries. In the latest one, Brew, the PI's nickname, lands a job handling security for a martial arts tournament at a hotel. damn, I made the Albuquerque Journal! Take that ...

The Real Story without doubt. I have problems with some of the others, but Real Story is simply weak. It's amazing he went from there to the brilliance of Chaos and All Gods Die.

. Red Sox are starting to look pretty good. The pen's back and functioning and this OBP stuff seems to have some merit judging by the run totals their putting up! I think this might be the year!!!! 8O Pedro's gotta stay healthy. Bill James can't do anything about that. But they're looking good.

Isn't Dios significantly more powerful than Mhoram? I mean, Dios practically controls everything....whereas Mhoram is pretty weak (like all the New Lords).

Does the Creator even have the power to give leprosy to somebody in the real world? I thought his power was more limited than that. Perhaps I'm wrong......

That's pretty cool - I didn't know she was living around there. She and Eric broke up, um, around 1995. She's married to her sound engineer now, and mostly lives in England. Has a kid now too.

Should SRD write a pre-history, like, say, The Silmarillion?

I've been reading the Silmarillion for the first time, and it's really neat to see Middle Earth's prehistory. I'm wondering what the prehistory of The Land would look like. The birth of the Haruchai. Giants learning to sail. Earthpower before the Lords. The One Forest. And what was it like to hang o...

I just saw "A Matter of Honor" last night, where Riker becomes a Commander on a Klingon ship in an exchange program. 2nd season. The series was starting to get REALLY good at the point.

Lord of Light is amazing. I've read it like 10 times. I'm reading the Silmarillion; really interesting stuff. I kind of wish SRD would put together some kind of past-history. Hey, maybe I'll post a thread on that!

Anybody following the NFL draft?

Don't seem like there's many football threads on here. Will Carson Palmer suck? Will Penn State players continue to suck? Will the 2 stud wideouts be any good? Why aren't there any good linebackers anymore?
