I was twelve when I first read the First Chronicles.

I believe it was about ten years later when I realised that there were three more books, so naturally, I had to rush out and read those too!

I think the name "ControlFreak" came about because I really liked the the song "Control" by Puddle of Mudd. I just sort of stuck the 'freak' part on the end.

Anyway, that's what I've gone by for the last five years. It often gets shortened to 'CF'.

Enlighten me. I play on the PS2, and I'm open to both fantasy and science fiction. Turn based is preferable. I loath MMORPG's, so anything that resembles them (FFXII) will be burned on sight. I'm currently playing Star Ocean: 'Till the End of Time. It's the first Star Ocean I've played and I'm really enjoying it!

I've also just received Silent Hill Origins in the mail for the PS2. I WILL be playing that next!
