Actually, I think that Shall Pass Utterly makes a little more sense now that I found where it comes from. Apparently beauty and truth are going to end in the next novel :( And seriously, who isn't against all things ending? Considering I'm a 'thing' and I don't want to end, I'm sure against it

I'm not saying that I hope they lose, I just logically think that they will and will fight to preserve the universe rather than the Land. If they do try to stop the Worm of World's End, I think it will come down to Linden having TC's ring and Joan giving hers to TC and Anele doing something crazy. L...

Well, Linden kind of has to die in the end...she's not immortal...>_>; I honestly think that they'll lose, too. They defeat LF so he'll not be able to battle the Creator because they won't be able to stop the Worm of World's End. I think that it would be interesting to see that happen. Think how dis...

The final scene with all of the dead and the aftermath of TC shook me up pretty bad. I finished it last night around 12 and I couldn't go to sleep until about 1:30 because I was thinking of all of the implications

I liked this book, but it seemed very slow-paced. It seemed to take forever before Linden actually got to the Land. And even then, for the rest of the book, I don't recall anything really happening. Well, stuff happened, but the book could've been a lot shorter. Though I'm almost finished with FR an...

It took me a while before I got into the Chronicles. I tried to read them in 6th grade before I got confused because of the ridiculous vocabulary. Then I forgot it at school...the very last day...of my last year at that school. A few years later (around last October) I ran out of things to read in m...

I always thought of the First as Echidna from Fire Emblem 6

It's from Fatal Revenant but it isn't a spoiler by itself. I love how it shows Linden standing up against impossible odds and overcoming defeat through determination and belief Linden should have quailed. His certainty was as bitter as the touch of a Raver: it should have defeated her. But it did no...

I've always thought of the word to mean dog-like. Maybe that comes from when SRD refers to the 'roynish barking of the Ur-viles' (or however that line went, it's close enough)

And I've always thought of the Ur-viles to look like the Alien, just shorter
