Claire heads home to grab a couple things while she hopes the house is empty.

Claire narrows her eyes at Barry and snaps back, "Well it certainly looks like it doesn't it. But I've still never seen him or anyone else in this room before today. I'm outta here."

She quickly slips out the door and heads out of the station.

Hello? *pokes forum* Anybody home?

Claire hunches her shoulders and shrugs. "I don't know what's going on, I was just passing by the home. I've never seen any of these people before and wasn't inside the building."

Claire quickly follows Barry to the door and comes to a stop just outside the doorway. She notices Ivan to her left ? and cautiously heads to the second room, moving much more confidently and smoothly then she had been previously.

Claire looks down at her lap and goes very still, her face hidden by her hair. She looks up at Barry through the hair, her whole posture more confident, the flinching look visibly gone from her eyes, and clearly says, "My goals are private, thank you. The man I was with did not make any threats...

Claire sniffles and blinks up at the cop. "Terrorist? N...no, I just met him and he didn't say anything." Her voice rises as she starts to panic and hyperventilate. (manipulation roll? I'm not sure what to indicate here.) "What do you want with me??"

Claire quickly picks up what Ivan is attempting and starts crying.

(I don't know if they'll separate them or what the cops'll say to her, so I'm not sure what else to do...)

Claire freezes and drops her bag. She slowly moves her hands away from her body and kneels on the ground.

Claire slides out of the vehicle and turns back to look at Ivan, "Thanks for supper, I'll contact you soon." She closes the door and starts walking home.

Claire grins at Ivan and nods "Of course you are, and nobody can convince me otherwise." She takes a careful, short drag and hands it back, relaxing more in the seat. "Thanks, those are nice."

Claire jerks her head around and looks at Ivan. "Oh, um, it's just...people are scared of fire, they won't get it. Although I guess if they think the world is ending they'll probably be panicking already...you know how they are." Claire pauses and fidgets slightly before continuing, "...

Claire glances at the cigar and lighter, then gazes out of the window at the homeless man, seeming to ignore Ivan's comments about burning. As he pulls out into traffic she says softly, practically whispering to herself, "Nobody will understand the fire more then anything else."

Claire nods to Ivan and pushes her plate towards the waitress when she comes by. "I'm good, thanks."

Claire daintily eats her burger and fries. "Boyfriend's not the problem... I'll call you once I pick up a few things, probably tomorrow if I can figure out a time when my Dad's not home...if he catches me while I'm there...well, it might be awhile."

Claire nods thoughtfully "I can see what I can find out about him." She opens her mouth as if to stay more then hesitates before blurting it out quickly "A place to hide would be better...somewhere my dad or the cops can't find me. Please, I don't want..." She abruptly stops and ...
