Claire slides into the booth and looks briefly at the menu. "Can I have an apple juice, 2 eggs, scrambled, with bacon, hashbrowns, and rye toast please."

After the waitress leaves she glances at Ivan and says softly, "Thanks."

Claire stares out the passenger window and shakes her head. "Never seen any bag ladies here, ever. No homeless really. That's more a couple blocks over." She makes a vague motion to the right with a hand. "I'm not talking to the pigs again today, thank you. A lawyer came in...who was....

Claire takes two steps closer to him and hisses at him "You will NEVER touch me again, and if you try to find me again I will kill you." She then leaves, not looking back and goes around the house to Ivan's vehicle. She slips into the truck and nods, "Denny's would be awesome."

Claire scrunches her nose and ignores her father. She heads quietly into her room, opens the bottom drawer and pulls out a small-ish cloth wallet from the back corner before heading back out to where Ivan is waiting.

Claire nods reluctantly. "I need to grab something from my room and then I want to leave. You can come or not."

She slides the patio door open and quietly heads to her room.

Claire's shoulders slump and she whispers "Right." She looks around briefly, keeping an eye on the homeless woman and the dog before moving closer to the back patio door.

Claire stands up and moves in close to Ivan, leaning up to whisper in his ear. "Someone tore the veil and came through...an old man." She steps back and looks at him pointedly.

Claire frowns and looks over, noticing the woman is still bumbling her way through the garbage can. She waves dismissively at Ivan and moves towards the side of the house furthest from the woman, skirting around Ivan.

Clair looks around the truck, her face paler then normal, and tries to catch Ivan's attention.

Claire frowns and looks at Ivan. "At the police station? No, I left right after you did. There's something funny going on at my place tho...it looks old, and it's not. Henry is also mumbling something about it burning...? It seems familiar almost, but it's a fleeting familiarity..."

Claire watches the dog briefly and continues to head down the street. She looks up and notices Ivan's vehicle heading towards her on the road and stops, waving him down.

Claire looks down at the dog and backs away from the house. She goes back to the front of the house and looks at it a moment before leaving on foot, heading downtown.

Eridan likes him, but she's also a tad desperate in some ways.
