I think the movies are a disgrace to the books. Even for a children fantasy (but the kids don't know it). The plot in the first movie for example, is extremely rough. It does not flow it all. Instead, its sections and pieces of the book are put together like random episodes. The acting was terrible ...

I have only read the first three novels, but:
Is anyone else bothered by the severe evil-child stereo-type that Malfoy represents. He seems to be totaly unrealistic and absent of any benevolent emotions. I hate characters that are forced to be evil.

Has anybody read a book or portions of the series? In case you don't know, Redwall is an Animal/Fatansy novel/series authored by Brian Jaques. Although pretty much all of the books are formula based, I found each one a pleasent read. And hold Redwall, Mossflower, Martin, and Long Patrol among my fav...
