Ooof. That's is a lot of Marvel film. A theater full of people for that long would probably develop a new culture by the time it was over. It sounds fun, but probably best to pace it out at home instead.

I loved Doctor Strange, and he's my favorite MCU character, followed closely by Cap. I joined this forum because I recently started reading the first TC trilogy again after 30-some years, and now I constantly get a picture of Benedict Cumberbatch playing TC. Especially based on that scene where Stra...

Yeah, I don't think Rage is in print anymore, and in-print copies of the Bachman Books don't include it. It's a terrifying, well-crafted story, but I understand why King and his publishers would want to distance themselves from it. Personally, The Long Walk and The Running Man are both awesome. I ge...

Well, might as well contribute a bit. I wore out my copies of Skeleton Crew, Night Shift and the Bachman Books. I once loaned my copy of the BB to my girlfriend who returned it years later with the cover missing and the pages swollen. She dropped it in the tub a few times, apparently. I really liked...

Yeah, I figure there's just too much chance to have things spoiled if I dig too deep, but might look around the off-topic forums. Like I've said, I have read the first six, it was just 30+ years ago. That's more than enough time for me to forget a lot!

Thanks for the welcomes, everyone!

It's just my real-life nickname. Pronounced like "e-mail." Looks better with a "y," though :)

Actually, I attempted a quick undo because I found the page and it could not have been you after all. But thanks! ARTS JOURNAL : Finished reading Stephen R. Donaldson's Lord Foul's Bane , which I picked up in a used bookstore in the 1980s and never attempted until now. The hook worked: I'm on page ...

Welcome to the watch, Emayl. My your inbocks be ever overflowing, and your popthry account always in reach. You didn't post your recent foray into the Chronicles on the web, by any chance, did you? I came across a footnote on someone's page that said about the exact same thing you said in your intr...

Greetings, all. I first read the first and second chronicles back in the mid-80s, and hadn't opened them up since then. I actually loaned the second trilogy to a friend who just a year ago returned them to me, so I got interested in them again. I re-read LFB for the first time last month and I just ...
