I had to go back in time to stop myself from going back in time... that first time didn't turn out well.

Any word if it's going to be renewed for another season?

Perhaps Mhoram was older than in his 30s in LFB? Is there any info on how long he had been a Lord when Covenant first met him?

Yeah, I'm wondering how they'll get around that ending as well. Sure, we've changed as a society over the years since the book was written, but I don't think we've changed *that* much.

So if he's 70 in ILW, then 30ish would be right for LFB - that's a bit younger than I envisioned him, but it feels right.

Last summer, I toyed with doing a script for a series (inspired by the work Seafoam did on his script). In my head, I had planned a 10-episode show that covered the entire first chronicles... pretty ambitious to say the least. I started trying to lay out scenes in a storyboard-type fashion, just to ...

Nicely written! Speaking of tapeworms... the only thing I remember from 8th grade Biology (which was 40+ years ago) was one day the teacher told us how to get rid of a tapeworm. For 29 days you eat the same thing for every meal. You eat a piece of dry toast, drink a glass of water and eat a lemon co...

Not that I wouldn't be in glorious heaven if this were made into a cable series. But there are some obstacles worth discussing. For example, the lack of sexual encounters in the story. Big cable series seem to succeed (and so are green-lit) when they have several protagonists, soap-opera drama, and...

I think trying to do the entire first chronicles in one movie would be too rushed. There's just too much in there to try and cram into even a 3 hour epic. I'd love to see an HBO series - with the first chronicles spread out over maybe 8-9 episodes. Then, depending on ratings, do the 2nd chronicles a...

I'm stuck in Deadhouse Gates... I just can't bring myself to read it for some reason. Gardens of the Moon, I made it through pretty well, and enjoyed it, but there's new characters in DHG that (so far) don't seem to relate to the ones I spent the last book reading about and it's making me not want t...

I agree with you about the extended version. The original released version, I like for the most part - I'm just not 100% behind the ending, but it's a great story.

The extended version (like most "extended version" movies) contains stuff that was cut for a reason.
