Having just read the "What if TC was gay" thread it makes me wonder what mainstream or close-to mainstream Fantasy and SciFi books out there have gay characters in them? As a gay man I would be very interested in this. How many Gay main characters out there? There can't be many. Just curio...

birdandbear I can't agree with you more. When I picked up book 10 and started reading, I kept scratching my head saying, "Now who the hell is this!", of course the introduction was almost all characters we hadn't met before, because LORD KNOWS we don't have ENOUGH characters in this story ...

I read a fantasy series a while back where the main character was gay, it wasn't the best I've ever read ( I can't even remember the series ) but it was still interesting.

Very unique scifi book that explores sexuality and sacrafice.

I enjoyed it a lot and rank it right up there with the EG series. The original series, I still haven't read any of the new ones.
