Mercedes Lackey, Unless she's co-writing with Andre Norton. Lackey makes everything so sickly sweet. John Marco. I've only Read the Jackal Of Nar, that was enough. Yee Gods what crap. Sadly, I have to mention Anthony. I had read the Incarnations Of Imortality when I was 13 or so. I tried to re-read ...

Ahh, but that one book in WOT is just part of the Story. It would be like Reading Gandalf's fall in Moria without reading the rest of the book.

I see WOT as one long book and all the books just chapters. Kind of like how King originally wrote the Green Mile.

Why is everyone losing intrest in WOT? I love the series. I think the last few books are slow, but full of forshadowing and setup. The end of Winter's Heart was spectacular. COT is setting up the next book. Kind of like how the Shadow Rising setup the Fires of Heaven and Lord of Chaos.

Nick was consumed by his hate. Morn had finally defeated NIck completley when she helped Angus edit his datacore. Donaldson probebly killed Nick becasue he couldn't advance the character anymore. Nick had become nothing more than a victim.

Byrn is a bastardization of Byron. It's the first name I used in a Pen and paper RPG( R.U.N.E.). I've used for years on the Internet. SO if you See Byrn on another message board, it's most likely me.

Hi, I just discovered this Forum today. I'm a long time Donaldson fan, I read the Chronicles for the first time in '89. I read the Gap cycle as it came out. How long has the Donaldson website been up? That's how I found this message board. My Dad and I knew if he wrote a third chronicle, it would in...
