What Do You Think Today?
And a woman who held a babe against her bosom said, Speak to us of Children. And he said: Your children are not your children. They are the sons and daughters of Life’s longing for itself. They come through you but not from you, And though they are with you yet they belong not to you. You may give ...

Really? I'm curious, why? To be fair I haven't tried the remastered ones...but I grew up with TNG and even then ToS just looked cheesy to me...and it's only gotten worse as things have progressed. I don't have the nostalgia factor to fall back on...apart from TMP and WoK I don't think I'd even seen...

I meant to mention that the end of GoTM gives us our first indication that Erikson struggles with the difference between "flail" and "flay." (Always annoys me when I see him get it wrong, although he doesn't always. Maybe it was his editor.

Well, I'm finished DHG. I'll save any comments here for when SB has progressed a little. Onto MoI now.

I don't play MMORPG's for that exact reason. Anything open-ended is a death-trap for me.

Well, it might take him as long to find it as for you to read DHG. :D (I know that look...mine is split between reading 24x7 and gaming 24x7 so I have it twice as bad. ;) ) Anyway, I'm a few chapters in...won't say much...met Kimloc, (I do love the Gral impersonation) and we learn a little about Kal...
