I vote for "open now"...

I think it would be a good place to post speculation and what if.. ? questions until the ARC comes out.

That way the Runes forum doesn't have information that some readers may not want.

I wonder if this has been brought up before (and forgive me if it has) but if Anele sensed a problem why LEAVE the Staff of Law???? As the holder of the Staff wouldn't you want it with you to deal with the problem???

Sounds like a plot hole to me....

That would be Blade Runner... Harrison Ford's voiceover as he watches Rutger Hauer expire. :P Do I get to play? If so, here is my quote (from my favorite movie I might add...) Sitting there at that moment I thought of something else Shakespeare said. He said, "Hey... life is pretty stupid; with...

I once had an "Along Came Polly" moment after a date fifteen years ago. I got very sick off the food I had eaten for dinner, and upon returning to her place for a romantic evening, I proceeded to completely gross her out with all of the trumpeting and groaning sounds I was making in her ve...

I don't believe there are any more fragments of the Illearth Stone lurking around - Gibbon na-Mhoram surely would have used it to defend himself in the Hall of Gifts, and Linden most definitely would have sensed it if it was on him or remained in Revelstone after the fall of the Clave. The "arc...

I presume that the Staff of Law is not easily destroyed; it took wild magic to shatter the previous one, and this one is almost alive, so it presumably is even more resistant. What if the purpose of the caesure was to separate Anele from the Staff? Even more - what if whatever created that caesure ...
