As usual, I come late to the party. We just discovered Sherlock on Netflix and have watched the first 2 seasons. We're getting ready to watch the last season tonight. Is there going to be another season?

I think we have an interesting group of deities this game. True story. I feel like there are no bad guys. Nothing that's necessarily bad, anyway, like Strife or Excess. Time, Destiny, and the Sea might be played as fickle Gods, or they might be benevolent forces. Likewise, Knowledge could go for th...

I just spent fifteen minutes trying to work out what my alt account's current name is so I could start setting something up. When I finally realised it was Gurathnaka from Effaeldm's Lovecraftian thing, I was very tempted to just make that my character. I won't, though, because all out evil always ...

There were, however, some things about the Watch itself that disinclined me to be here so much. A few times in my sporadic returns the Hegemony was the most active set of forums. It's always been a spirited place, and I love that about it- there's a reason probably a majority of my posts are in the...

Condensing the threads might make the site more user friendly but I think that it fails to address the problem - that the Watch is Withering. One of the things I've noticed is that I've connected with so many of you on other sites - Facebook, Goodreads, and some new gaming sites. I've been here sinc...

Considering that most of us have discussed and dissected TCTC ad nauseum, I'm not surprised that the threads have withered. I tend to just lurk but it's been a while since I've even done that. Most people here I've friended on FB and keep up to date with everyone there.

My general impression was that, although I love the way SRD writes, I got really sick and tired of listening to all the whining by the main characters. TC, LA and Jeremiah - all of them were, 'I'm useless,' 'I've done so much wrong,' 'I don't know how to use my power.' I'm sorry but I just got tired...
