What Do You Think Today?
Here's a question. Do governments in functional democracies answer to their people, or do the people answer to their governments? LOL, ok, I'm not a tablet user. :D What we need to do is establish the file type of the page you've downloaded. I found this: Select the file with a long tap and choose the Properties (i) icon or tap the Actions (:) icon at the end of the line and choose Properties from the context menu. The general...

Well, I'm starting with Night of Knives. I'll see how I go compared to how fast you manage to get through them before deciding about the others.
I do however agree about Crimson Guard, but it must be read after Reaper's Gale, not after Bonehunters.

Oh well, @SoulBiter has inspired me...I'm joining his Malazan read. Starting with Night of Knives because that's how I like to do it.
@Fist and Faith, for the record, this is the 8th time I'm reading it according to this thread.

So how you doing it SB? Straight through the main 10 books, or diverging to the Esselmont books where relevant?

Let's see...since my last post, I finished Dark Prince, then read the 4 Rigante books by Gemmel, Sword in the Storm, Midnight Falcon, Ravenheart and Stormrider, then the 3 Troy Books, Lord of the Silver Bow, Shield of Thunder and Fall of Kings.
Now...I don't know what to read next.

LOL, sorry, it wasn't removed. Well, per se. We moved servers and lost a bunch of images. If you have a backup you can just upload it. Also, PM me if you want me to reset the password on the old / other account.SeventhWard wrote: ↑ My Wormoftheworld'send account doesn't work and my avatar was removed.

It never seems to occur to these people that if we were to open up safe and effective routes of asylum application within the countries from which these people are coming, then they wouldn't need to make the dangerous trip across the world, and ultimately the English Channel, in the first place. Bu...

How Do You Feel Today? v4
Eh, I'm bored and lazy. I'm on leave after next week Wednesday, and with a raft of public holidays coming up, as well as my birthday (which I get a paid day off for from work), I put in for 6 leave days and got 14 consecutive days off (including weekends). That's great and all, but I'm already firml...
