"You will not know if you have the Lycanthropic Plague until the next full moon when, if you have it, you will transform into a tiger against your will. There are ways to heal the affliction. The reason I ask how long it is since the bite is because they are time dependent. Fresh Belladonna, al...

"You've come to the right person then. Here's what I know about Lycanthropes: They are humans or giants cursed with an affliction which transforms them into wild animals. In this case, it's the curse of the weretiger. The condition is most prominent during the full moon, and the lycanthrope is ...

The rushed man returns and tells you that Joseph is free to see you right away. The clerk, who just at that moment happens to be taking a swig of his coffee, spits it out in surprise. "Well I never! That's a miracle for sure! Quick, go before he changes his mind!" Leaving the clerk mopping...

"You say you were sent by an apothecary in a small town? You'll be wanting to speak to Joseph the Scholar, he's our archivist and something of an expert on this kind of thing, but he hates to be disturbed and I doubt he'll want to speak to you. I can send someone to ask him if he's got any time...

You walk onwards in the direction the guard had indicated. You seem to be in quite a poor district. There are people going about their mundane daily activities, hanging out their washing, buying food, etc. and the whole area has the hustle and bustle of a very busy town. You continue down the way an...

He points to the distance through the gate, "Follow this road and you'll find it. You'll know it when you see it." He waves you all through the gate while the other guard looks on, seemingly half asleep and barely grasping the handle of his weapon. While you're chatting to the guards sever...

The rest of the journey to the capital city passes without note. When you arrive, the first thing you notice is the huge scale of the place. There must be thousands of people living here. It's surrounded by gigantic stone walls, easily twice your height and thick enough to stop anything short of an ...

I'm still waiting on Brother Charn's updated character sheet. He said he'd have it done shortly, but I assume the holiday season got in the way.

Hopefully we'll be back up and running again pretty soon.

Open lock and disable device I got to wondering: How come open lock is a separate skill to disable device? If a rogue can disable complex devices like traps, why can't he/she disable relatively simple ones like locks with the disable device skill? I've decided that the two skills will be merged. Op...
