I'm struggling to become interested in the movie. It's mainly due to the way it's being advertised, Harley Quinn being an utter bore for me, and Leto's Joker looking and sounding ridiculous. I passed on BvsS, so I'll likely pass on this.

I love Benedict; he seems like such a genuine guy. Absolute professional, too.

You've only seen praise, and I said some reviews suggested it was a disaster. I think I'll stay with my opinion thanks ;)

Sorry for the delay in my post here - have been very busy at university with my doctorate. I'd like to thank Fist and his wife, and Aliantha, for the wonderful times I spent with them. Trekking across upper-state New York was great, and Fist was an excellent host. I really should upload some of the ...

I generally avoid remakes/reboots. Since the movie looks decidedly unfunny, silly, with awful designs, I think I'll avoid the movie. Plus, some of the reviews, and what some friends have said, makes me think the movie is a disaster.

Elite Dangerous

This game is incredible. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Elite:_Dangerous I've out in at least 600 hours of game time, and expect to be playing for several years more. They have added landing on airless worlds, and soon you will be able to step outside of your cockpit, ship and walk around stations an...

Total War: Warhammer

I'm not really worried about this one. I'll get it of course, but I can easily wait a couple of years.

Lore! Gee, just too [expletive] short notice to arrange to travel to New York City from Seattle. Enjoyed meeting you five years ago at Elohimfest when I was (as usual) representing the Andelain Taxi Service. Maybe another time? That would be lovely. There's a very real possibility I may be moving t...

It absolutely worries me. I'm due to complete my PhD early next year, and plan to research and lecture. But I got so worried about my public comments criticising Islam, millennials, PC brigade, Marxism/Marxists, etc etc that I had to censor my Facebook and Twitter feeds for fear of other academics r...

Thanks everyone. As I noted several pages back, I am undertaking a research PhD. I am due for my confirmation seminar in July, but have ethics and health & safety applications due soon. Quite simply, I don't have the time to fly overseas. I'm very sorry. One of the reasons I've been away from KW...
