Yeah, totally. Good job both in the immediate sense, and also in the broader sense. In both ways, you continue to make me look bad.

Yeah, it's your universe... so consider yourself the author, and consider us like... the movie studio who bought the rights. By the time we get done with it, maybe a couple of the characters will have the same names as your idea. Did anybody ever read the Running Man? And compare it to the movie? Th...

Fist talked me into a Diplomacy game on another board, and I'm surprisingly comfortable with the idea of a clear success, followed by starting a whole other game.

So, by all means, embrace that metaphor. It should be interesting.

Oh yeah, I forgot that HoG was intended to have a clear end point.

If we EACH get a goodie, it's even... the arms race is maintained while at the same time making us feel special.

There is an email option, in that the system can email you when there are updates on various threads. Or, Caam can keep the game here.

Don't think of it as leaving. It's all Watch people, on a Watch spin-off site, playing the same games. Plus some new folks and some new games. But, for real, there were some serious technical limitations to using the Watch for games like this. And EI gets around those. (Not least of which is that we...

Fist does that in the first 30min after getting his results. I think he's had three or four future turns already plotted out for Inferno, just needing to be tweaked based on the next cycle of results. It's like watching really good chess players vs. not good ones, on the competitive clock thing. One...

I have NOT finished moving the Prophets Forum over. And I haven't even started on the OOC thread, which is most of the posts. Bear with me, and it'll all get over there.

And, just to continue the confusion... we have NOT YET finished moving all of the Vienna threads over to EI. However, I did move the current "Chapter 6" threads over, so we can at least handle all game-play from here on out over there. It was getting a little weird for me to have to check ...

In other news... I've been trying to talk one of my players into running a Warhammer 40k game on EI. I'm a bit worried about staying compliant with Games Workshops' licensing requirements, but the idea of doing a game with an electronically managed battle map, instead of actual Miniatures, is appeal...

It's a shame not all of you will see the most interesting bits. That has always been a drawback of these games. Yet again, I will suggest that when things are all done, it would be nice if all the players and / or the GM would reveal all the hidden stuff, so we can appreciate the true majesty of it...

Michael Keaton's performance of that scene ALMOST redeems the movie for casting Keanu Reeves. Almost. Gawd, it's like watching Bill and Ted doing voice-overs of all his scenes. 'Cause all of the other actors in the scene are up to handling Shakespeare, and they pull off their characters... and then ...

The room is as Marianna remembers it, though admittedly she hadn't had a lot of time to inspect it yester-eve, before the day's lethargy forced her from consciousness. It is set up as a typical mortal guest bedroom, though given Isabella's status, it is quite the well appointed place. Few would noti...
