Linden reminds me of people I actually know. I can't hate her because for me she is too real. She is actually a very believable character.

Besides after 7 books full of Linden, how can you actually call yourself a SRD fan and hate Linden? She's as much a part of Donaldson's world as Covenant or anyone else. If I hated Linden I would have stopped reading Covenant books long ago.

Reminds me of Howard Stern fans who have been listening to his radio show for 25+ years yet claim they hate Robin Quivers. What?!
