If it hasn't crossed your radar yet, Colin Trevorrow - the man originally tasked with making Star Wars 9 - had a very different concept for the final movie.
There are two main parts of the leak: an early script (still not made public, only discussed in an online interview) and a batch of concept art.

There's no way of knowing how the movie would have turned out had Trevorrow stayed on, so take this for what it is: a set of images that were almost the basis of a Star Wars movie.
