There goes half of Marvel's Phase 4. Even before corona they were reshuffling and pushing back some movies, then corona indefinitely shelved everything--poor Black Widow and I was looking forward to that movie--and now this will permanently shelve Black Panther 2.

I had heard nothing until the news broke yesterday. And I watched him being interviewed to promote films on several different talk shows. I never saw any hint that he was going through this.
Kudos to Marvel and his coworkers for respecting his privacy on this. I'm pretty sure someone in the organization and among his fellow actors knew something was going on, if not exactly what.
