https://victormalcalaw.com/do-non-citiz ... al-rights/The Bill of Rights refer to the ten amendments made to the original text of the US constitution. It enumerates natural rights inherent to all human beings. These are inalienable and with no prejudice to any race, color or gender. All ten amendments use either “people” or “person” and nowhere can you find the word “citizen”.
Among the rights enumerated therein are:
religion
speech
peaceful assembly
bear arms
petition the government for a redress of grievances
protection against unreasonable searches and seizures
due process of law
trial by jury
legal counsel
Yes, this applies to "illegals" too, not just other types of foreigners.
Even if the Constitution did not "give" (well it can't give if they are natural rights, can it? I digress...) rights to non-citizens, the UN certainly does. There is such a thing as international law.

It has emerged in leaked audio that Donald Trump intentionally downplayed the risk of COVID-19 in order to "not cause panic." He admits that he knew that young people were at risk of the virus, not just old people. He knew that the fatality rate was high (~5+%), not less than 1% like some have suggested here as the "true fatality rate."
You guys need to admit that you were wrong. You were parroting what Trump said, but Trump has been revealed to have lied about the dangers of the coronavirus. It is certainly a big deal and not a hoax...
However, I doubt anyone would admit they were wrong. I fully suspect that certain people here will double down on their previous statements about the virus not being a big deal.
