Battlestar Galactica...

For whatever reason, I decided to watch Razor last night. I haven't rewatched the show since its first run; I just felt like watching Razor.
I need to rewatch the entire series. I'd forgotten just how good this show was.

Razor works quite well as a self-contained story. There's enough information in the flashbacks that even if you haven't watched the series, you can get what's happening. The mythology added here is great, and, well.....Michelle Forbes.Sorus wrote:I was thinking about doing a full rewatch after my DS9 rewatch, but now I want to watch Razor.

You're probably not wrong. The problem is that that would have been a series of cruel, dark stories. I think it would have crossed the "too bleak" line.Sorus wrote:I still say they should have done a Pegasus spinoff instead of Caprica. I liked Caprica, I think Caprica had potential, but Pegasus already had a fanbase.
I'd still watch it though.
