Not Now Tom we’ve gotta get on with this…

I’ve never ventured into Star Trek - not sure why. Might have to add it to my bucket list (although might have to start now otherwise I may never catch up). What would be an essential Star Trek viewing?

TOS, TNG, DS9, (Voyager can be skipped), Enterprise, but only the good season. Even numbered movies. Haven't seen the recent stuff.

Someone with too much stuff.

Oh yeah. That's me.

Someone with not enough stuff.

Oh and SG Khal is right but see if you can get through the Original Series and take it from there.
Begin with the following TOS episodes:
Balance of Terror
The Doomsday Machine
The Corbomite Maneuver
City on the Edge of Forever
Where No Man Has Gone Before
Amok Time
And steer clear of the following TOS episodes:
Spock's Brain
And the Children Shall Lead
The Alternative Factor
Turnabout Intruder

As in the 1966 Balance of Terror? That’s some time ago!

Scratch all of that …

TOS is fun, a little painful at times in terms of original LIS special-not-so-special effects lol 😂 but honestly soooo good. So….

TOS
The Animated Series
Enterprise
*TNG* definitely
Lower Decks (animated)
DS9
Picard
Voyager
Discovery
Strange New Worlds

I feel I’ve missed something here

keep smiling 😊 :D 😊

You missed a lot. null exploded and had to be rebuilt. Sorus appeared then skittered away. An alias of an alias left cryptic messages that everyone ignored. We're still not trying to figure them out.

Someone less cryptic.

Well, I watched Balance of Terror - pretty cool for an old show. I always get sidetracked and research the actors that played the parts at that time - whether they’re alive or dead, whether they were in other shows etc. Although I feel like that’s part of the pleasure of it.

Next, Tom?

That's very cool, SG! Let me know if you watch any more.

Not now Tom believes the next poster is not fond of extreme weather conditions.

Depends on whether or not there's school tomorrow.

Someone less schooled.

I don’t know but believe there is a non-invasive test which can be performed to determine Sorus felinity quotient lol 😂 I’ll get my people yo talk to your people and set something up.

But it’s best if we don’t alert Sorus cuz you know cats and tests

The next person is likely someone knows a lot more about such things 🤞

Sorus has already self-identified as a cat.

Someone less catty.

Too early in the year to mow a lawn here.

Sorus and her cats are due to appear.
