This thread was awesome.
I thought I'd bumped it. Guess I decided not to.
Too bad we don't have problems. Coz like if we did, we could still write witty submissions.
"People without hope not only don't write novels, but what is more to the point, they don't read them.
They don't take long looks at anything, because they lack the courage.
The way to despair is to refuse to have any kind of experience, and the novel, of course, is a way to have experience."
-Flannery O'Connor
"In spite of much that militates against quietness there are people who still read books. They are the people who keep me going."
-Elisabeth Elliot, Preface, "A Chance to Die: The Life and Legacy of Amy Carmichael"

We could make more of a game of it. One person posts a problem the next poses as the Angony Sheep, posts the solution and then a problem of their own.
My current one is an inability to pair black socks that are all slightly different but look alike. Is it old age? Impaired cognitive ability? And why is affecting my dreams so?

It's an advice column. You ask a silly question and receive a silly answer. Now the silly answers are in short supply due to a lack of Sheep, and that is a sad thing.aTOMiC wrote:Thanks for the bump, Sorus. I never would have thought to post in this thread otherwise since I don't understand it.
Oh, a change is coming, feel these doors now closing
Is there no world for tomorrow, if we wait for today?

There can be only one Sheep. Like Highlanders or something.
I'll be honest - I occasionally bump these sorts of threads in case the original poster is subscribed - I hope they will notice the activity and drop in to investigate. As far as I know, it hasn't ever worked.
