Glad to be back. I was taking care of some school stuff and just normal housewife things. Plus Syl has been spending ALOT of time on the computer since we got a new one and the more you see of him the less you guys will see of me (just tell him to go away and let me play for awhile when I am missed ).
Who is this Miss Foxfire? I miss Turiya. I know a certain anime charactor with an attack called "foxfire". Shippo is the cutest.
"Hellfire! Everybody in this whole business, you and everyone keep accusing me of being some sort of closet expert. I tell you, I don't know one damn thing about this unless someone explains it to me. I'm not your bloody Berek."
There's something about morning air. If I am out driving before the sun is all the way up, I have to let down all the windows and blast some uplifting music while I drink a cup of coffee.

Morning air is good when I'm all cuddled up in my bed next to the open window. It smells so good, but as soon as I have to leave those blankets morning air becomes the work of satan.
WINTER morning air is the exception. Don't think I'll be blastin much of that through my windows thank you very much. I still have nightmares about waiting for the school bus in the dark while my hair freezes. UGH

...fresh picked peaches?!?! ACROSS THE STREET??!!?! *jaw drops in amazement* All we have it 5 gallons of tomatoes from our garden... Sure tomato sandwiches are good at first... but after the 400th one they start to get a little old.
There is a large peach and apple orchard across the road...the remanant of what used to be a large farm before most of the land was sold off to make subdivisions...they sell fresh fruit at their little stand, have a small cider mill, and they sell honey, as they have bees there to pollinate the trees...apple/peach blossom honey is VERY VERY yummy!
The only problem is that the deer like to congregate there at night time to eat the windfallen fruit...they will dart out in the road in front of my car sometimes when I am driving home from work -- and charge across my frontyard and make the dog bark...so far I haven't hit any, thank God!
