Well, Hermione and Ron will hear that song Shut Up and Kiss Me on the radio at Number 12, Grimmauld Place, (Sirius had a Muggle one there, he liked listening to it. Well, making fun of it really, but hey!) and they'll realize how they feel about each other.
Remus burned Sirius's mum's portrait, the Black family tapestry, and Kreacher.
Harry and Luna become better friends. Really good friends, now that you mention it.
Sirius DOES come back, but on a not-so-human level. Maybe he's stuck as Padfoot, but he can still talk, I dunno.
Wearing sporks will become a new fashion at Hogwarts.
Beaubaxtons will be destroyed by the Valdie-Mart.
Remus comes back to be either the History of Magic teacher, or Defense Against the Dark Arts teacher.
Trelawney and Firenze are always bickering.
Dudley accidently gets his fat arse hauled up to Hogwarts. (Now, I know I'm getting Trelawney-ish here, but you will die if you read any more of this.)
Snape will find that soap and water aren't really deadly.
We'll find out more about Aurors.
Crookshanks gets a girlfriend. (Oh God, I hope not.)
On to the deaths...
Draco Malfoy's mum will die, prolly.
Remus will be killed.
Dean Thomas, Seamus Finnigan, Pavati Patil, or Lavender Brown will be killed. Oh, and Colin Creevy.
Good thing tho, Pansy Parkinson gets killed too.
So do Crappe and Goyle.
Remember Blaise Zabini? Same year as Harry, only a Slytherin. Well, she's on the good side. She gets killed though.
Percy gets tortured, then killed.
We never see Rita Skeeter again. So, we think she's dead.
I'm stopping now. This is depressing.
