Looking forward to it, but then again, I like dumb movies.

I saw the trailer, but I haven't heard anything else about it. I think it could be good, but I'm afraid it's one of those movies where they put all the good stuff in the trailer. Somebody find out for me and let me know.

You can't trust the critics, especially with metamovies like this - most critics today are uber-snobs that ridicule any movie unless it is subtitled, obscure, or both.

Hey, any movie that has serpents on an aircraft HAS to be a blockbuster.

HAHAHAHA! I absolutely LOVED "Snakes on a Plane." I don't actually go to the movies that often but I will probably try to see "Epic Movie." I think it looks funny.

Reminds me of a Mel Brooks movie somewhere in there...

I thought "Not Another Teen Movie" was hilarious, but this looks like drivel.

I expected nothing from NATM, but I about had an embolism laughing from it.

Hopefully "Epic" will exceed expectations but I don't think so. Why are Paris Hilton and Borat being parodied in a movie supposed to satire epic movies? :?

It's called "jumping on the bandwagon".

These are the Scary Movie people, so it's about what I'd expect.

I got a good laugh out of it. I saw it this afternoon and thought some parts were awesome. I went in expecting ridiculousness and got just that and laughed a lot.

Borat lookalike and Paris lookalike were tiny spots by the way.

I heard it had the top box office for the weekend, but too lazy to reference the actual take.
So maybe
a) It's a decent movie, and/or
b) Nothing else to compete with it this weekend.

I haven't seen it, but the trailer makes it look like they took Billy Crystal's "The Return of the Host" sequence from the oscars, and made it into a full length movie.

Entertaining, but wait for the DVD or for it to come on cable.

Totally worth it for Carmen Electra in the blue Mystique outfit.

Popped this into the DVD player and made it through 15 minutes before turning it off. But Cail is right about Carmen in the Mystique suit.

I agree--this movie was terrible. After the first five minutes, I fast forwarded to each scene in anticipation of something remotely funny. I think I watched a total of ten minutes before turning it off.

On a side note I like Crispin Glover--it's nice to see he found a job. It's not saying much, but his performance was probably the only entertaining part of the movie. Except when he danced. That wasn't funny.
