The What Has Gone Before section is available on the official site. Not really ground breaking news, but I thought I'd post the reminder. :-)

I read it yesterday. I was hoping for the same insightful treatment of ROTE that the 1st and 2nd Chronicles WHGB provided, but I was disappointed. The ROTE WHGB is very drab and "to the point."

Yes. I'm a little disappointed. I had faint hopes that the new WHGB would retcon Linden out of the story.-jay

There's not much in the way of deep insights that SRD can offer without pushing into spoiler territory for the whole Last Chronicles, though.

Nothing new.. It's a recap of the past books.
Was a bit disappointed. But since SRD wrote it, I'm not to disturbed.

Maybe SRD didn't want to have a more elaborate WHGB because he didn't want to cause yet another "WHGB errors" debate on The Watch! ;)
