You collect lunch boxes?
  :P
What a *loser* you are!
Give me 15 minutes to climb over my comic book collection and I'll abuse you some more.
;)

I'm a big fan of old lanterns too.
Unfortunately I became interested just when Antiques Roadshow got popular.
Now every rusted piece of garbage is tagged at around $50 so i don't buy anything. :-x
Which is probably good because otherwise i'd have a lot of cheap rusty garbage.

I also wanted to start a bottle opener collection but I lost the one that gave me the idea so I won't bother now.

Dude, I announced when I first joined this forum that I am a total dorkus amorkus and geek hardcore. Did you not notice the title "Duchess of Dork!" ?!!? I will however say that I DO own an original Jaws lunchbox in prime condition which would go for many many dollars should I post it on ebay. I also have an Evil Dead lunchbox which has gotten me many many jealous comments on the train. The best one was when I was sitting next to this woman who was crushing on Moose being so cute and the woman across from us laughed and said, "I just love your shoulder bag." which happened to be a happy bunny bag in pink that said, "It's cute how stupid you are." Then this guy leans in and laughs and says, "I haven't been able to stop staring since you got on the train. I think it's the combination of the pink sweater and matching bag with the chihuahua and the EVIL DEAD lunchbox. I just can't believe you have an EVIL DEAD lunchbox. I'll give you fifty bucks for the lunchbox." and I said NO.

I have a few lunch boxes. Nothing Harry Potter but once I started collecting them it seems some family member gives me one for Christmas each year.
I'm on the hunt for a classic "Wild Wild West" lunch box I had when I was a kid. Ebay is awesome. :-)

Currently on ebay. Looks a little dinged up.

I had no idea metal Harry Potter lunchboxes were made. I haven't seen a new full sized metal lunchbox in decades...

I envy your new acquisitions Jenn, and would love to hear of the rest of your collection.

I dunno...if the Willow lunchbox has a picture of the redhead lady in her armor, I'm afraid I'm with Willow, as cool as Evil Dead is.

Only the rich kids had those metal lunch boxes when I was a kid.

I hated them all.
Always laughing at my brown paper bag like they were better than me.
Like my peanut butter and jelly sandwich and individually foil wrapped Ring Ding was inferior to theirs.
Sure they *could* have potato chips for lunch that weren't smashed into mush.
Sure they *didn't* have to worry about walking to school in the rain and getting a wet lunch.
Sure they *could* keep pencils and erasers and little love notes they got from the pretty girls safe and sound in their rectangular metal security blanket that their Mom's gave them to keep them from having to experience real life and reall hardshi]ps.................

 :x :S

They all lose, by virtue of being Potter boxes. The first loses doubly for having the wrong title.

hehehe...

I learned my lesson in the JKR forum regarding the wrong title of the first book.

Is the movie also called Philosopher's Stone everywhere else? After all, the lunchboxes are for the movies, not the books.

Unfortunately, no--just Warwick Davis and Val Kilmer.

Is there any way you can customise your own lunchbox? If not, there should be!

Edit - what do you keep in your lunchboxes Jenn?
