My BIG report is done! Plus, a friend is coming to pick me up from work so I can leave two and half-hours early today.

I am then off to hopefully chat to a lovely lady, entertain some guests, eat Indian then watch a movie.

I'm sick. Again. Joy.

All those damn kids at Campus have exposed me to the Black Death, probably.

I also feel physically ill, in addition to the sickness. I have beheld the most disgusting thing in the world. It's worse that anything else I have ever seen in my life. I don't care that it's fake. It's horrible. I don't think I'll ever be able to look at a breast again.

*shudder*

How did you do it? Seriously. I spent an hour or so looking up every disease I could find listed that could POSSIBLY affect the breast, only to finally find out that image was faked. It's horrible, Balon. Seriously. A picture has never made me want to take a power tool to my ear-hole.

Will drugs help? Or alcohol? I think I'm gonna get a handle tomorrow and try to 'cause some more brain damage.

I MUST get that out of my head.

Yeah....I don't know how to put this, so I'll just say it.

There is nothing except time, friend. I tried just about damn near everything, and nothing worked. You might be more lucky than me, so please try. But I doubt it'll work. Only time or death can even FADE The Image, El.

If you ever find some mind-washing soap, El, let me know. I've still got an image or two burned into my occipital lobe. *shudders*

I have a slight headache today, but that is fine as we are having a "free" day, so basically it's 8 hours of surfing the internet. ;)

I'm starting to feel vaguely sick to my stomach. Hope I'm not coming down with the flu.

On a unrelated note, I think a guy at work likes me. I just realized this. . . either he likes me, or has decided I'd be the coolest friend ever. *shrugs*

My advice (fwiw, which admittedly isn't much): Go with option 2 'til you know for sure about option 1.

There's very little to do here at work today. Sigh. But on the plus side, we have a 3-day weekend coming up -- yay! And I have nothing on the schedule that involves getting out of the house, except for grocery shopping. Double yay for cocooning!

Sounds like my plans for the weekend, I'm staying in, watching a couple of movies, and hopefully doing precious little otherwise. With that in sight, I feel pretty good about today.

My brother's getting a company car, which means he's selling his, and totally out of the blue my mum offered to help me buy it. My car, well though it has served me, is quite old, with things always going wrong, and I live in fear of it breaking down. Well, not anymore. I will be sad to see my old car go - I'm a sentimental boy at heart - but it's a good decision. So I'm pleased, if slightly sorrowful.

I know the feeling, tho my GMC is built like a tank I'm always looking for my old T-bird on the streets.

1st: he's going to try to talk you into renting Sunshine

The glands by my ears are hurting and my headcold won't go away--time to take a Sudafed and a long hot shower and take my daughter to lunch. We're doing respite care for a 1 and a half year old and a 7th month old this weekend which means I better get it together when they show up at 4pm.

Being a guy, I'm guessing it's the first, which isn't to discount Aliantha's advise, as it is sage. But guys are generally pretty transparent. Whether or not he'll ever make a move toward progressing things along or doesn't change his mind on his interest next week is a whole different ball of pie.
