For those that may not know, my father passed away last Friday.
The pain of loss is simply terrible and I could not have guessed at just how affected I am. I'm certainly doing better as the days go by and the messages I've received wishing me well have genuinely touched my heart. When I attended my father's funeral yesterday I was surprised to find that flowers had been sent by members of the Watch which caused a fresh flow of tears, not from sadness but from gratitude.

Again thanks very much. Knowing you all (via this message board) is a genuine blessing to me.

Hadn't heard Tom. My sympathies. I hope you and your family are spending a lot of time together. As you said, it will get better day-by-day. Take care my friend.

I was not aware, and though we may not be acquainted, I am terrible sorry to hear about your loss, we have all lost people we care about, and we all grieve in our own way. Everyone here has made a wonderful effort to make me feel welcome, and in their way, they already feel like part of my family, so please accept my condolences, and my heartfelt sympathies.
Has anyone seen my keys?

Thanks everyone. I'm feeling much better thanks in no small part to all of the good wishes I've received. Last week was one of the most difficult times in my life and I appreciate everyone doing what they can to help.
