I guess no one watches Venture Bros. Thats somebody dressed up as Molotov Cocktease, a Russian spy/mercenary and foil to Brock Samson. (The name is appropriate, as she wears a government issued chastity belt.)

The name "foulwife" brought the image of the lady from Hee Haw with the paper things in her hair, the one that was always ironing and arguing with her husband. She always ended up hitting him. Unfortunately I was not able to find a good pic that represented what I am talking about, she was certainly a foul wife.
