I love that term so much that I want to take it back behind the middle school and get it pregnant (which is my last phrase that I had a required amount of times I had to say it).
:haha:
Update: I've now used "dozy bint" thrice already. Sadly, nobody heard it as I was alone in my car, and I didn't yell it loud enough for the drivers I aimed it at to hear me. Although one of the drivers turned her head when I said it.

Oh, and the other line I stole from 30 Rock.

Been out of the loop for a couple of weeks cos I was working away, and had no internet access (too lazy to go to the library  ).

Good to be back.

Hope everyone is doing well.

Exactly!

Which is odd because work today is so tediously irritating and plodding. But I'm having fun here whenever I'm not being interrupted by silly work.

You know...I'm kinda confused...um...no...I'm bemused...no confused...no....

...and I'm sick of the size of my tits. :P Yep...right... I needed to tell everyone that so I could feel better about it. Thank you for listening.

Now...onto more important things (although I'm not quite sure what they are).

Tomorrow is my last day at the protection prison. On monday, I start work at a new prison - Brisbane Correctional Centre. I can't wait. I will no longer be working with paedophiles and child killers, and the staff at the new prison have been instructed to work as a team - so no more back stabbing.

Thanks, Sea. It seems everything in my life is turning around for the better - I am going to the gym three nights a week and I have a personal trainer.

Thank you! I was wondering when someone would bring this up. I can't tell you the times I've held back and not said anything about this for the sake of politeness, but now that the ice is broken on this subject, I can finally...

Hee hee....and you talk about me being weird yesterday...

Well, ya know. If we talk about it now we won't have to talk about it when I get there. ;)

well...but I have been drinking (not that I had been when I wrote that...but that's hardly the point...).

I may be on the verge of Actually Doing Some Writing For Once. I'm not quite certain yet.
For encouragement, a link, which I'm going to think about but not actually read again because I'll get too distracted by it.

Having worked with those types of prisoners for over 5 years (in the past), I can totally relate to the relief you feel at leaving.

Good Luck in the new prison Lore. I feel easily annoyed today. I talked to this customer this morning who asked if she could bring the car in at quarter to one. I said to her, "Actually, we sit down for lunch between twelve thirty and one so you need to bring the car either before twelve thirty or after one o'clock." I sit down to my hot lunch at twelve thirty five. At twelve forty she pulls in the driveway. Of course I have to get up from my meal and help her so by the time I get back to my food it's cold and gross. Urgh. What is the matter with people? They just don't care if they are completely rude to other people? Grrr...

Gee, Jenn, don't you know that the customer is always right? ;)

(Oh, and the eyeroll is for your customer, not you... just in case that wasn't clear :) )

But I totally understand where you're coming from. There's a fine line between treating the customer like they're special, and having the customer assume they should be treated specially - (where they show up exactly when you told them not to come etc...)

I was bitching about it to Igor and he laughed and gave me a look like I should not be surprised and said, "Jennifer, you see fingernails and many rings? You see she is fresh from hair salon? She is spoiled Russian Queen. Always her way. Just like my daughter and step daughters." I had to laugh at that. :P
