Post by aTOMiC »

Very cool list. For me THE television series Batmobile will always be the most memorable. #1 is certainly memorable to be sure. I remember when I was a wee wee wee lad Chitty Chitty Bang Bang was the Car I liked most.

Also #45, 37, 27, 25, 15, 11, 9, 6

Absolute, utter BS.

The Bullitt Mustang and Max's Pursuit Special are both Top 5 cars, as was Kowalski's Mopar from Vanishing Point (my #1).

This list is dead to me. They did not include Harold's hearse converted Jaguar from Harold & Maude. This is still one vehicle I would love to own.

Some of my favorites only made the 'honorable mention' list.
Ash's 1973 Oldsmobile Delta 88 from The Evil Dead, Evil Dead II, Army of Darkness, Darkman and Spider-Man
Austin's Jaguar E-Type Series I (aka his "Shaguar") from Austin Powers: International Man of Mystery
Jefferson's 1979 Chevrolet Camaro Z-28 from Fast Times at Ridgemont High
The Herkimer Battle Jitney from Mystery Men
Dragula and Koach from the Munster Movie weren't even mentioned. Big, big, big mistake. I don't remember if there was a Monkees movie, but if there was, that car should have made the list.

The only Monkees movie ever made was Head and I don't think the "Monkeemobile" was in it...(cool car tho...)

Buckaroo's Jet Car made the BTTF De Lorean look like a rearended Fiero as far as I'm concerned! 8) 8)

I must have been 'blinded' by the exhaust fumes. Come to think of it, they should have put Cheech's car from that movie in there too.

And only one car from the Mad Max films? Ridiculous.
