Really....today....today is the happiest day of the year....really?
I'm not feeling it but on the other hand it's not a BAD day.
I figured statistically there had to be a Happiest day of the year but there also must be a UN happiest day of the year too.

I hope it's not the happiest day of my year. If it is, the rest of my year isn't going to be so great.

Sorry to hear that, Cail. I hope your day gets better.
I'm not having a bad day, but if this is the upper limit of my happiness for this year I think I'm not going to bother with the rest of the year, as it's not much to look forward to.

You can call it whatever you like. I shall call it "Friday".

Not for those of us who aren't there. For us that makes it even worse.

It's just setting you up for the joy that will be tonight!
As wonderful as that would be, I seriously doubt that, at least in my case. But then, I'm a pessimist.

Today is awesome. I high-fived everyone I met, and right now I'm taking a power nap, just before I watch every episode of Batman: The Animated Series. Such hard work makes one thirsty *lifts a quart jug of German wine*.
But a nice glass of wine with dinner should make it a whole lot better.

I'm pretty sure that's actually the Monday in the middle of January, or someting like that.
Not a Monday. A Tuesday. Tuesdays are infinitely worse than Mondays. No more reminiscing about the past weekend, and the next weekend is still so far away. And there are almost never any national holidays on Tuesdays, whereas there are a few Mondays sprinkled throughout the year that are holidays.
