The Club

Yes Im a member of the Stephen King book club, and roughly every 6 weeks I receive, a fresh hard cover copy of a King novel. Im begining to beleive that as a result of this Im going bankrupt, but still I dont stop. Even though they never send you the books in any kind of order, I received part 7 of the Dark Tower at least a year before I received the Gunslinger, but still I dont stop. Once a year they send me a stupid day planner instead of a novel, but still I dont stop. So far I have received The Stand
Skeleton Crew
Firestarter
Cell
Nightmares and Dreamscapes
The Eyes of the Dragon
Salems Lot
Salems Lot (illustrated)
Wolves of the Calla
It
Misery
Graveyard Shift
Lisey's Story
Insomnia
Cujo
The Shining
Christine
The Dark Tower pt. 7
The Gunslinger
Blaze
The Dead Zone
Carrie
The Dark Half
and Geralds Game. Now at first I looked at this list, and thought it impressive. Until it was compared to the list of what I dont have in hard cover. Im gonna go broke trying to get them all... and still I dont stop.

My wife and I hit the library book sales, where hardbacks are $1. We've found several Kings that way.
