The coaster is called Vanish and is at Yokohama Cosmoworld, Yokohama City, Kanagawa, Japan. If I'm ever in Japan, I'm going to have to ride it.

Dandelion will make you wise
Tell me if she laughs or cries
Blow away dandelion
I'm afraid there's no denying

This is just unreal. Kingda Ka in 6 Flags, New Jersey. It goes 128 mph, and drops over 400 feet. Straight down. Wow. I think it's similar to the one Cail was talking about. Yeah, I'm going to have to get up to Cedar Point, too.

Seems like the fastest ones are of this type, one gigantic hill, and that's it. I like my rides a little longer. This looks impressive, Steel Dragon in Japan:

It drops over 300 feet, and goes over 90 mph. It achieves that speed the "old fashion way," with gravity, instead of compressed air launch.
And whoever suggested Millennium Force, my god you are right! Check out that first drop on MF:

Check out this site for stats and pictures. I could spend all day looking at these. They are works of art. So graceful and whimsical. I can't believe we build these things just to scare ourselves silly.
Looks like the one I posted at the beginning (Diamondback) is going to be in the top 10, since it will go over 80 mph.
