Regarding Willpower.
Some characters have spent willpower points, but the points do not return at the start of a chapter, the next week, et cetera. If you have less than the maximum, this will continue until certain things happen. As I wrote in character creation: If I judge that your character indulges in a vice to his or her detriment in a scene (say, once a day), I will grant a reward (more on that later). If I judge that a character's actions during an entire chapter (several weeks) reflects his or her virtue, with some level of risk, there will be a greater reward.
Just indulging in a vice or virtue is not enough - otherwise willpower becomes too easily spent and regained. I do not want to make the game too hard, so don't get discouraged; but nor do I want it to become too easy.

Sorry for not uploading the map; I finished the map three to four weeks ago and forgot to do so. Layson Street is near the Waste Plant, the upper right part of the map. I will upload the map soon.
