Well never mind then, I take it back, I was completely serious. It's something my friends and I say to each other when someone has the opposite from the expected reaction. Normally something that's supposed to be very deeply emotional or touching, and they just sort of shrug and go "meh."
Then, they're "broken inside." I think I might have originally picked it up from my sister, but it's hard to tell(that's the problem with hanging out with the same group of friends as your siblings - you're never sure who started something).
