Welcome to Eiran. It will be gone soon, but we hope you enjoy the ride until then.

Hey, that's from that No Doubt song, isn't it? "Tragic Kingdom", I think?

Could be. It's actually just a phrase that's been stuck in my head since '94 when my girlfriend and I were waiting to ride The Matterhorn at Disneyland. We were in line for about 45 minutes, and it repeats over the loud speakers at least once every minute. So there I was all ready to follow the rules, both English and Spanish, when the ride broke down halfway through. We had to get out and walk through The Matterhorn before we ever got to the instructions at the end of the ride.

I got stuck on "It's a Small World" for about 45min. It's a water ride... or at least the cars are on rails which are then submerged in like 6" of water. But they wouldn't let us get out, so we just had to sit there.

The SONG kept playing, though. And the cool thing about the song... it actually has no beginning or end. It just loops without ever a break. If you get the theme park soundtrack, they fade in and fade out to deal with that, but otherwise you could just keep looping it and never know how far in you were.

Fourty-five minutes of that shit will leave scars. I think I was 8yrs old, then.

Explains a lot, huh?

If what I have learned of the Ash from others holds true, the Ash itself is not evil. Far from it, in fact.
Or so I believe...

As this is the OOC thread, I'm going to go out on a limb here and believe that Zephyr was making a reference to Time Bandits.

Ladies and Gentlemen of the jury, I submit as evidence the following thread from this very Watch, between Led Pighp (one of my alts) and Menolly, where she admits to having seen clips of the movie that I showed her from Youtube.

(In fact, they have the entire movie up there, cut up into like 12 pieces.)

Lawyered!

Your inability to remember pure awesome isn't our concern.

You say that like Zephyr would reference something that wasn't?
