Led charges the green Slaad, claws reaching hungrily for it's otherworldly flesh! (13 points and 10 points)
The Green Slaad attacks Annelysei in a murderous series of strikes, both claws striking true, but she slips past the bite (10 points and 9 points)
Sigrid casts Magic Missile, and three mystic projectiles fly unerringly and blast the fiendish amphibian! (12 points)
Skyseeker dashes West, seekign to cover the fallen elves, hurling a javelin at the southern blue slaad! (10 points physical and 1 point fire)
Vynarkus blasts the blue slaad tasked with his grisly demise! (13 points)
Laurel lofts a just-recovered magic arrow at the slaad pursuing Vynarkus! (16 points)
Marrik swings his magic axe twice at the blue slaad near him, yet even with it's enchantments he cannot strike true!
The blue slaad the paladin missed bursts into action in a feral display, four swipes with it's claws followed by a bite! Two claw attacks miss, the other two land, staggeringly, and then bite comes within inches of tearing Marrik's throat out! (13 points, 9 points, 8 points...threatened but NOT confirmed critical on the bite)
The other blue slaad unleashes an equally furious assault upon CrushSpike! (11 points, 8 points, 7 points, and 5 points)
Annelysei casts a quickened Shocking Grasp spell before launching into a rapid series of attacks! Forehand crackling with energy, backhand, and forehand strike again! (7 points physical, 14 electric burn through the resistance, backhand miss, return forehand for 4 points physical) It collapses, skull hideously misshapen from that last flail-blow!
Kalindriel takes a 5' step southeast, and reaches with her glaive, but misses the blue slaad which rent Marrik!
CrushSpike pounds away with his warhammer at the blue slaad before him! (10 points and 6 points)
OOC--hte map isn't big enough to keep everyone else plus Vynarkus on accurately...so, just for Vynarkus and the Blue slaad pursuing him...they are both ACTUALLY 25' further north than the map indicates.

At the green beast's death, Led surges forward to help bolster his allies, taking up a flanking position behind the blues.
Saying to his new orange ally in Elvish, "If you attack from here," pointing to his south. "We'll be able to flank it."

Anna shouts a thanks in Elvish to the helpful shifter as she moves to the South to flank the blue slaad, cursing herself as ten kinds of fool for not activating her Gargoyle Boots. She activates them, and as she skids to a halt in front of the slaad, she points at it and begins the incantation for Quickened Ray of Enfeeblement, and for good measure, fires off a second Ray of Enfeeblement.
She mutters to herself, "that should slow the blighted thing down a bit."

Sigrid's Magic Missilesends tiny streaks through air again! (7 points)
Skyseeker moves west, then north, angling to hit a slaad from behind! (13 points)
Laurel fires again at the fiend slavering for Vynarkus' blood! ( 11 points)
Vynarkus sends another coruscating blast at his pursuer! ( 12 points)
Marrik again launches a full attack, but both swings fail to strike the slaad!
Infuriated, the blue slaad lays retribution upon the paladin! Only 2 of its claw attacks connect! ( 6 points and 11 points)
The other blue slaad again tears at CrushSpike! Only 2 of its claws swipes connect, and those are much mitigated by his nigh-impenetrable body! (10 points and 9 points)
Annelysei moves, and quickly casts at the blue slaad which the paladin had missed! The ray streams forth, striking it, sapping it's strength! (8 points strength lost She follows with a more methodical casting of the same spell, but this gives the slaad an opportunity to attack! One claw lashes out, striking the half-elf (8 points, but failing to disrupt her concentration! Another beam lances out! (CRITICAL HIT...I'm arbitrarily ruling that a crit here means double Strength loss...12 points!)
The slaad pursuing Vynarkus charges him! (16 points)

CrushSPike again crashes him hammer upon the blue slaad before him! forehand, then arcing around to a powerful uppercut! The massive beast is almost lifted up by the blow, before crumpling, it's chest bearing a several inch deep hammer-shaped impression (8 points and 11 points)

Looking around, Led sees that the slaad next to him is dead (and dented). The slaad in front of him yet lives (and avoided both of Led's blows), but is now so weak it can barely stand. It will be no threat in the near future, and perhaps others will put it out of our misery. But for now, there are active enemies he must face.
He turns to the north and starts to walk, holding his sprint until he's close enough to charge. An errant claw-swipe from the pathetic slaad is ignored. And as he walks, he reaches for his belt, to down a healing potion, and realizes that he is actually unhurt. Instead, he grabs the potion of Greater Magic Fang +3 that he'd held before but not drunk, and downs it.
He turns to the north and starts to walk, holding his sprint until he's close enough to charge. An errant claw-swipe from the pathetic slaad is ignored. As Vynarkus was heading to the horses, he had drawn his double-bladed sword. Now that the Slaad has attacked him, he decides to try something that he had been considering for a while but never actually attempted.
He takes a five-foot step away from the Slaad, and then uses the magic in the sword to help him channel his blast down it, but instead of trying to carry its cold along his blast, he spins it, making a full attack on the air, and trying to launch two blasts into the Slaad.

Continuing to sing, and realizing her enhanced against evil arrows may be all she has on her that is possibly useful against the Grey Slaad should she need to attack it, Laurel nocks an enhanced to aim true and cause damage arrow, but not one specifically enhanced against a particular type, to the long bow and fires yet again at the blue slaad attacking the warlock.

Led dashes to the north...but the slaad, weakened as it is, manages to give him a parting gift, scoring with its claw! (4 points) He easily keeps his grip and quaffs his potion.
Sigrid's spells slams into the last slaad! (8 points)
Skyseeker trots 15' southeast and hurls her last javelin, again! But she misses the mark!
Laurel fires her arrow, and strikes the summoned savage! ( 7 points) It drops, arrow stuck fletching-deep in its neck, foul ichor pooling around it.
Vynarkus grabs the sword, but finds his desperate gambit unnecessary as Laurel slays his pursuer. He turns, and fires a conventional blast at the Grey Slaad! (CRITICAL HIT! 20 points)
Marrik swings his axe again, this time connecting wiht teh fell denizen of Limbo! (6 points) head split, it gurgles a final incoherent nosie adn slumps.
Annelysei smirks at the defeated slaad, drinks a potion of Cure Moderate Wounds, gives the body a kick, and moves to the North following Led.
Kalindriel turns and heads off after Led.
Crushspike runs North, even outdistancing the half-attentive Led!

[Charge the Red Slaad. Once it is dead, only switch to the Grey to help give flanking, since I am unlikely to damage it.]
[As a reminder since it's been a bit, the elves which fell to the Green's fireball just before we engaged can probably be saved. Have to do it now though, as coming back to gather them will be very dangerous.]

Led smiles as Crushspike lumbers past him, letting the slow construct feel good about himself as Led was walking. Then, finishing his potion, he drops the flask it had been in and checks that the stolen pin is still visible on his lapel. Sprinting ahead, he quickly outpaces Crushspike; he laughs briefly as he waves backwards.

Led charges north at the Grey Slaad, a wholly unexpected attack! Both claws tear into it...but it's otherworldly skin negates nearly half of his first strike, and almost all of his second! (14 points and 5 points)
Sigrid rushes west.
Skyseeker runs over a hundred feet north, planning to cut east behind Led, Marrik, and CrushSpike to lob javelins next few rounds.
Chi'jirikai casts a spell! The grey slaad fails to connect, but the red seizes the opportunity! (14 points) He falls, body savaged by the red slaad's fangs!
The grey slaad utters a word which is incomprehensible, yet fraught with power, and hearing it STUNS* Spirit Stalker....but at the same time Spirit Stalker manages to finish his own spell, calling down a Flame Strike upon the slaad! It manages a single step, just enough to avoid the center of the devastating conflagration, but unable to totally escape the divine inferno! (14 points) While the slaad was speaking its Power Word, Led slashes while ti is focused on it's spellcasting! His claws connect, but glance harmlessly off it's tough hide!
Laurel sends another powerfully enchanted arrow at the slaad, leaving her but one more in her quiver! She finds her mark, the creatures toughness unable to resist her enchanted arms! (10 points)
The red slaad steps south, then charges west at Led! it pounces upon him, biting and tearing...Led manages to avoid one claw strike, but is struck hard by the other, and takes the full bite! (19 points and 6 points)
