Worst character of the Second trilogy?

Who do you hate the most out of the second set of films? And why? Who annoys you the most. For me, it's got to be Jar Jar Binks, he annoys the crap out of me.

Jar Jar is by far the most annoying character. He's so annoying in fact that its almost impossible to think of anyone else.

Did I mention how much I dislike Jar-Jar Binks? I also disliked that dude Annikan beat pod racing; I also disliked the Traders. I really don't like the replacement hand on Annikan, either. And I'm not too keen on Boba Fett's dad.
