I totally agree with your reasons for the second Priest Sorus.Sorus wrote:There are a few in-guild with 20ish characters right now. I recently started a new alt, and will probably be up there soon.
Yes, I started a second priest. Be glad it wasn't a third druid. Or hunter.

And luci, you could totally tank somewhere like Blackfathom.

You do not hear, and so you cannot be redeemed.

the difference between evidence and sources: whether they come from the horse's mouth or a horse's ass.
"Most people are other people. Their thoughts are someone else's opinions, their lives a mimicry, their passions a quotation."
the hyperbole is a beauty...for we are then allowed to say a little more than the truth...and language is more efficient when it goes beyond reality than when it stops short of it.

She's shadow now, and I plan to add a hybrid PvP spec when she's high enough to dual spec. Aside from that, no set plans for her. I wanted a new alt and I miss playing shadow, so a second priest seemed like a good choice.variol son wrote: I totally agree with your reasons for the second Priest Sorus. What kind is she?
And Luci, if the idea of tanking appeals to you, give it a try.

Really? Is bear tank the best tank, though? Now, I've never rolled a tank, I'm more of a caster type-of-person, but because my main is a healer, I get to know tanks. All the bear tanks I've run with seem to have a hard time keeping aggro until they get to about a 5.5k gs or higher. =/Creator wrote:If you want to try tanking ... roll a druid. The BEAR is the easiest tank in the game!![]()
Second choice is Pally.
But do NOT under any circumstance roll a Warrior!!!*shudders*
When talking with a friend who is a bear tank trying to gear up, he seems to think that Blizz made it particularly hard on druid tanks in the last year... I can't remember exactly how he put it (like I said, I'm not tank expert, just curious)...
Thoughts?
(p.s. I know a lot of tanking is the person controlling the toon, but I'm talking about the actual class's abilities, of lack thereof)

That's me!
I ran my level 56 undead Rogue from Thrallmar to Falcon's Watch last night coz I needed to learn Master First Aid. Now I'm so going to abandon all my Azeroth-based quests when I get to level 60 and live in Outland.

You can do that at 58, and Northrend at 68 if you're careful: better cash, better gear, better exp.variol son wrote:That's me!

No - 58 is a bad number, being neither divisable by 3 nor 5.
I can wait for 60. Besides, I have lots of quests to finish. I just need to find someone to run through a bunch of dungeons with me. My NZ WoW friends won't.

Yeah. Grouping with strangers you find in the world, in one of the chat channels, or in a random dungeon group is called "pugging" after "pick-up group".
Pop up the dungeon finder, hit join queue, and be prepared for pain. Those instances in the mid-fifties will tear any group with less than half a brain apart, and a person with half a brain in your group is rare.
