"It is not the literal past that rules us, save, possibly, in a biological sense. It is images of the past. Each new historical era mirrors itself in the picture and active mythology of its past or of a past borrowed from other cultures. It tests its sense of identity, of regress or new achievement against that past.”

Starting top left and moving clockwise:

Nakoma, Nyx, Serenity, Cedar, Orlando, Shen, Ristra

I don't image I'll be updating the map much, if at all, so if there's anything you want to add, just post it yourself—descriptions, images, redrawn maps, etc.

Oh, and it should be understood that in the middle, where the Stonehenge thing is, is actually the large trunk extending up into the sky.

So, from our various areas / terrains, we cross regular land, then cross the upper crust / entry to the Roots, then arrive at the actual physical Trunk (which theoretically leads to the Crown, if one can climb that far)?

Sounds about right.
