I'm waiting for some SD pics here. As I could read in the "George Foreman grill" thread you are a master of charcoal yourself. And here's me thinking if we share the love for that cooking method we might as well share this thread. :)

We had some wonderful smoke enhanced chicken thighs the other night. But I didn't think of snapping any pictures.

I'm hoping once my scan is done on Friday, that we'll have some grilled salmon or some other sort of seafood soon after. After being denied any sea products for a full week, that will definitely be worth a photo!

Still, I will honor the request and provide images next time I light up the Weber. Savor Rhee comes off her low iodine diet this weekend, and weekends are a time when Dam-sel and I are not running from work to home for a fast meal before the three of us go to the hospital to see Dam-et.

That sure looks nice. I always say despite of all the "Bratwurst" around here, grilling fish always is a wonderful thing.
