TLD took a while to show up here in Australia, I grabbed my copy last Thursday from a Dymocks in the city. Its now sitting on my book shelf just waiting for me to get to it. I've read Runes and FR, but am yet to read the last two books in the Last Chrons. Like StevieG my grand reread is going slow, I just finished TPTP today. javascript:emoticon('')

Oh, and it was marked down from $40 to $35 AUD. Books are expensive here. I'm a bit obsessive so even though I now have the UK version of TLD I'll grab a US version when I'm in Hawaii in December. :)

There's absolutely no reason to rush a re-read. And every reason not to. Enjoy, duke.

Bought TLD at a Barnes & Noble bookstore on October 19, and it being a new release got me 20% off the price (but I was so eager to get my hands on a copy that I'd have gladly paid 20% more if necessary).

Does Amazon no longer have The Last Dark Kindle Version?
When I look on the Amazon Page..

www.amazon.com/The-Last-Dark-Covenant-C ... 0399159207

It doesn't show the Kindle Version as available. I'm bummed, I have bought and read the rest on the Kindle. I see it on Amazon UK but I can't buy from there it forces me back to Amazon US.

I read the first six books forever ago in High School, just re-read them and read the last set for the first time. :)

Sounds like a reaction to illegal pirate copies?

It seems to be available here.

I notice the US cover on this last link, but the UK cover on the one that is not yet available. Perhaps it just has to do with the fact that the UK edition isn't available on Kindle, but the US is. Guessing tho.

Way, the UK version is available on kindle. It arrived on mine just after midnight on the 17th october as I had pre-ordered it. And it is still available - I just checked.
I am playing all the right notes, but not necessarily in the right order!

It's now available on my original link too... weird that it wasn't for a while. I bought it, thanks. :)

Maybe Amazon was short of the right sort of electrons over the weekend and couldn't make any Kindle editions of TLD. Good thing the Monday shipment of those electrons showed up!
