Exact dates and location would be helpful.
Need to book airfare and hotels.

I think part of the problem is there are two threads running.

I have booked my flight. I think most people will arrive on the 20thish and leave on the 23rdish though I am staying longer. I have rented an apt at The Staybridge in Albuquerque for the first part of the trip.
